Scunthorpe-founded law firm Pepperells Solicitors is set to acquire Seaham-based Michael Cook Law Firm Limited, marking the company’s second strategic purchase in eight weeks.
The acquisition forms part of Pepperells’ accelerated growth strategy, which focuses on expanding its presence across key UK regions and investing in experienced legal teams that enhance capacity and client service.
Michael Cook Law Firm brings a strong local reputation and a well-established client base that will integrate with Pepperells’ growing operations in the North East.
The purchase follows Pepperells’ acquisition of Elmhirst Parker LLP in October.
