Carter Towler acquires AWS’s property management team

Leeds-based property consultancy Carter Towler has strengthened its property management services with the acquisition of the property management division of AWS Property Consultants.

As part of the deal, AWS property management director Rob Wright and four members of his team have joined Carter Towler, bolstering the firm’s management capability across Yorkshire and the North.

Carter Towler director Matt Faulkes said: “We’ve worked alongside AWS for many years and have always held their team in high regard. They have built a strong reputation across the region, and there is a clear alignment in our approach to client services and portfolio management. This integration significantly enhances our capacity and capabilities.”

Following the addition of the AWS team, Carter Towler’s property management department now comprises 35 surveyors, compliance, accounting and support staff overseeing more than 6,500 tenancies throughout the UK.

Rob Wright added: “Carter Towler has one of the leading independent property management operations outside of London, and we’re excited to contribute to the next phase of its growth. We will continue to work closely with AWS co-founder Nick Arundel to ensure continuity for long-standing agency client relationships.”
