enevo has expanded its Building Control capability by adding JM Partnership (Surveyors) Ltd, a long-established Registered Building Control Approver operating across the South East and Midlands. The move increases enevo’s geographic coverage and technical capacity at a time when demand for compliant, well-governed construction projects continues to rise across the UK.
JM Partnership brings nearly 30 years of experience, with offices in Kent, Sussex, and Derbyshire. Its footprint complements enevo’s existing presence in Leeds, Manchester, Darlington, and London, creating wider national coverage for commercial clients seeking independent Building Control services.
As Mark Heptonstall, CEO and Founder of enevo, explains, “JM Partnership has been a respected and trusted name in Building Control for almost three decades. By bringing our teams together, we’re creating a stronger, more resilient business with the scale and expertise to better support clients nationwide, while staying true to our independence and technical focus.”
The combined operation retains existing teams and client contacts, maintaining continuity while expanding access to specialist knowledge in Building Control, Building Safety, and compliance. Stuart Martin, previously Associate Director at JM Partnership, will lead the newly integrated South division as Divisional Director.
The development follows enevo’s recent investment partnership with Santander UK and recognition in The Times Best Places to Work 2025. The enlarged network positions the consultancy to support a broader portfolio of projects across England and Wales, strengthening service depth and regional availability for developers, contractors, and property professionals.
