Leeds-headquartered Aqua Consultants, an environmental consultancy provider, and part of the Adler & Allan Group, has acquired urban drainage modelling consultancy, RES Environmental.
RES Environmental delivers integrated catchment modelling, wastewater modelling, drainage design, and flood risk management, including sustainable drainage solutions (SuDS), to UK water companies.
With 35 employees, based in Sheffield and Exeter, RES Environmental is the eighth acquisition made by Adler & Allan in the utilities sector, and 12th overall in the last three years.
