The entire issued share capital of Tolbest Limited, a manufacturer specialising in tracing dyes, pest control markers, and food industry staining solutions, has been sold to Technikraft Holdings Limited.
Established in 1989, Warrington-based Tolbest is Europe’s largest producer of drain tracing dyes and offers a wide range of products for environmental testing, leak detection, and regulatory compliance, serving local authorities, utilities, and industrial clients.
Technikraft is a Goole-based chemical manufacturer founded in 1987 and backed by PHD Industrial Holdings in 2018.
