Leeds accountancy practice merges with Derbyshire company

Leeds-based Chartered Certified Accountants D’Arcy Howard & Co has merged with North Derbyshire company SMH BCL Accountants.

The move is said to be a strategic partnership reflecting a shared vision to enhance client services, expand business development opportunities, and ensure sustained growth for the future.

The merger has resulted in the formation of a new entity called SMH D’Arcy Howard & Co Limited. The integration of the two firms brings together a wealth of expertise and resources to offer an extensive range of services from the newly consolidated office.
