Major refurbishment to begin at Manningham Housing Association HQ

Manningham Housing Association (MHA) will close its head office on Manor Row in Bradford next Thursday (18 December) until next summer whilst it undergoes a major refurbishment programme.

Lee Bloomfield, MHA chief executive, said: “Our current headquarters, a Grade II listed building, has served the local community for many years but now requires essential modernisation to remain safe, accessible and fit for the future.”

The upgrades will improve accessibility for tenants and visitors, including those with mobility or other access needs, and create a more welcoming reception and private meeting spaces, together with modernised staff areas to support hybrid and digital ways of working.

The changes will also deliver benefits such as enhanced energy efficiency and sustainability, helping to reduce running costs and lessen the impact on the environment.

Until the works are complete, MHA will welcome customers at a new temporary base at Anchor Court.
