MCR Property Group has finalised its acquisition of The Moor, a 126-bed student accommodation scheme in Sheffield city centre. This latest deal strengthens the national real estate and development company’s regional presence in Sheffield, now with 800-plus beds.
The Moor offers a modern mix of studio accommodation alongside a gym, club lounge, communal spaces and access to retail, transport and leisure amenities.
The scheme complements Truro Works and Park Village, collectively offering students a choice of city-centre and more residential-style locations, positioning MCR as one of the major PBSA operators in the city.
