Medical Solicitors has added senior clinical negligence lawyer Esther Gaudoin to its Sheffield team, strengthening its capacity in complex medical injury claims amid growing demand for specialist representation.
Gaudoin, who qualified in 2013, brings more than a decade of experience handling high-value and catastrophic cases. Her work has focused on severe birth injuries, spinal conditions, and other life-altering medical errors. She recently gained recognition from Chambers and Partners in its 2026 rankings.
Her track record includes securing a settlement exceeding £2.5 million in a multi-jurisdictional spinal abscess case that spanned several years, a matter she continued to lead through two maternity leaves. She arrives following roles at major firms in London, Leeds, and Sheffield.
Caroline Moore, managing director of Medical Solicitors, welcomed the appointment, commenting: “We’re thrilled to have Esther join our clinical negligence team. Her depth of experience and commitment to client care make her a fantastic addition. Her insight into catastrophic injury work will be invaluable as we continue to expand our specialist services.”
Gaudoin’s arrival supports the firm’s ongoing growth, with the Yorkshire-headquartered practice operating three offices and advising clients across England and Wales on specialist medical and clinical negligence disputes.
