The business scored 91.4 out of 200 in the B Impact Assessment, above the 80-point threshold required for certification.
The accreditation highlights the organisation’s work to embed environmental and social standards into a high-volume healthcare operation. Its current programme includes measures to cut energy use, reduce waste, increase recycling across distribution sites, and strengthen internal governance. It also maintains initiatives aimed at employee well-being, including internal support groups and channels for staff feedback.
Customer engagement has been a significant factor in the certification. The company uses ongoing data collection to assess service outcomes and refine processes. It has accumulated more than 612,000 Trustpilot reviews with an excellent overall rating, which supported its performance in the customer impact category.
The business has held Great Place to Work status for two consecutive years and has introduced a cross-business committee to support workforce engagement and volunteering activity. The firm plans to expand its ESG work as B Corp’s assessment criteria grow from five to seven impact areas in 2026, with year-on-year improvement forming part of its long-term operational strategy.
