Pinnacle, the provider of business management software and managed IT services, and the technology solutions division of K3 Capital Group, has strengthened its Sage capabilities with the acquisition of the Sage and ERP business of Onesys Ltd – a Harrogate-based Sage partner with over 40 years of experience supporting SMEs and larger organisations.
Onesys is recognised for its expertise across the Sage portfolio, including Sage 200 and Sage Intacct, as well as manufacturing and distribution software, custom integrations, training and support.
This acquisition continues the strategic growth of Pinnacle – which has offices in Greater Manchester, London and Belfast – through targeted acquisitions, following recent investments such as AlphaLogix Ltd.
