Radfield Home Care joins Chamber network

Radfield Home Care has become the latest organisation to join the Chamber, adding a specialist provider of at-home support for older people to the membership base.

The company delivers a broad range of services designed to help clients remain independent. Its offer includes personal care, dementia support, companionship, medication assistance, palliative care, post-hospital help, respite services, and long-term live-in care. The business operates on a model centred on personalised support delivered within the home environment.

Nathan Evans of Radfield Home Care said, “Community connection is at the heart of our work. We partner with charities, local groups, and organisations across Harrogate and the wider district to tackle loneliness, improve awareness of care options, and bring people together through events, workshops, and social initiatives.”

Radfield Home Care holds accreditation from the Living Wage Foundation. It maintains a strong focus on workforce investment through structured training, wellbeing initiatives, and professional development pathways. This approach is designed to strengthen retention and improve service consistency for families.

The new membership provides opportunities for collaboration across the Chamber network. Its presence may also be relevant to members seeking support services for relatives or clients. Nathan will represent Radfield Home Care within the Chamber.
