Sheffield technology firm Simoda is expanding operations into Europe after reporting a 35% increase in growth over the past year.
Founded in 2019, the company has built a strong client base across the UK and is now extending its reach through a new base in Amsterdam. The expansion will allow Simoda to deliver IT infrastructure, communications, and cybersecurity projects across multiple European markets.
The business has already completed fibre and CCTV installations for European customers and a network upgrade for a government body in France. Its European delivery is expected to add between 5% and 10% to overall growth projections by 2026.
Simoda has also restructured its leadership to support its next phase of development. Christian Colton has been appointed Network Services Director, Simon Flint has become Finance Director, and Kate Hill has been promoted to Commercial Director.
The company continues to operate from Sheffield, maintaining close partnerships with regional organisations and investing in local supply chains. Alongside its international expansion, Simoda remains focused on supporting businesses in South Yorkshire through its technology solutions and service ecosystem.
