Switalskis has expanded its senior team in Sheffield with the appointment of Bradie Pell as solicitor and head of family law. The move adds experienced leadership to the firm’s regional practice while aligning the Sheffield office more closely with its national family law structure.
Pell brings over a decade of experience in South Yorkshire, having led teams and managed high-value family law matters involving business assets, property portfolios, and complex financial arrangements. Her background spans separation, child arrangements, safeguarding issues, cohabitation disputes, and civil partnership dissolution.
Bradie says: “I was keen to join Switalskis because of its strong reputation and its range of legal expertise under one roof. That makes a real difference when family cases involve property, business assets or longer-term planning. I’m excited to lead the Sheffield family team and continue supporting clients at what is often a difficult stage in their lives.”
She has established strong links across the city’s legal and advisory sectors, often working with barristers, mediators, accountants and financial specialists on multifaceted cases. Her appointment supports the firm’s focus on handling matters requiring technical insight, commercial awareness and coordinated stakeholder involvement.
Clare Peckett, director and head of family law at Switalskis, says: “Bradie’s appointment brings extensive legal experience, clear judgement and a large dose of common sense. Her years in practice in Sheffield give her invaluable local knowledge and strong ties to the community. Bradie’s appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to providing specialist family law advice in Sheffield, particularly in complex financial and children matters.”
