Tax specialist Vicky gets partnership at Forrester Boyd

Tax specialist Vicky Prior has been promoted to partner at Forrester Boyd, having joined the company in 2020 as corporate tax senior manager.

She’ll now lead the tax specialism within the firm, and will be supported by Chelsea Challis who has recently joined and expanded the team. Vicky has extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and planning with a particular interest in research and development tax credits, capital allowances, other business reliefs and business reconstructions.

Vicky said, “Having worked so closely with the partners over the last two years, I feel extremely proud to have been offered this position.”

Her extensive knowledge in corporate tax and the wider tax arena has elevated the firm’s in-house expertise. We are confident in Vicky’s ability to grow and develop our in-house tax expertise.”

Over the last two years Vicky has worked with a wide spectrum of clients ranging from start-up companies through to established multi-million turnover groups and not for profit organisations. She has experience dealing with complex HMRC enquiries and settlements, tax residency issues and off payroll working. “Tax is very complicated and there is no one rule or approach as every business is different and tax legislation is evolving all of the time.” said Vicky
