Trustmarque Group and Ultima Business Solutions have completed their merger, forming one of the largest technology services providers in the UK. The combined organisation now employs more than 1,000 staff and serves over 3,000 customers across both public and private sectors.
The merged business aims to exceed £1 billion in Gross Invoiced Income, signalling its ambition to become a dominant player in the UK IT channel. It will operate under a unified leadership structure, with Simon Williams as Chief Executive Officer and Jamie Beaumont as Chief Financial Officer.

Both companies bring nearly 40 years of combined experience in managed services and enterprise technology. Their integration is expected to accelerate the delivery of smarter, more connected IT solutions at a time when organisations are struggling with increasingly complex infrastructure and demand for automation.
The group’s expanded vendor network includes partnerships with Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, HPE, Hitachi Vantara, Palo Alto, and Citrix, providing enhanced buying power and strategic leverage. Financial and legal advisory support for the transaction was provided by Stephens, PwC, Baker McKenzie, Burges & Salmon LLP, and Priestley Soundy LLP.
Trustmarque and Ultima will continue to operate under their current names before unveiling a unified brand identity next year.
