Turner & Townsend has expanded its Yorkshire real estate division with three senior cost management appointments, strengthening its leadership presence in the region.
Mark Morris joins as Director and Cost Centre Lead, bringing over 20 years of experience across major projects and strategic procurement. His role will focus on driving the growth of the cost and commercial management team, with an emphasis on cost efficiency and carbon performance in large-scale developments and public sector projects.
Michael Teggin has been appointed Director and UK Regions Retail Lead. With a background spanning national and international retail portfolios, he will oversee the company’s retail operations, focusing on client growth and service delivery across the UK market.
Timothy Shaw joins as Director with expertise in public sector estates, education, and healthcare. He will lead service delivery and business development in local government and health, supporting the wider real estate team.
All three will be based in Leeds, expanding the firm’s capacity to support regeneration, sustainability, and investment across Yorkshire. The appointments underline Turner & Townsend’s continued investment in regional talent and its strategy to strengthen cost management leadership within the UK’s real estate sector.
